Nothing too dramatic yesterday. Although Mom did go for a massage and of course Josh melted down. Josh is having such a hard time with separation right now...I guess they say it is because kids think everything is permanent. So when Mom leaves, Josh thinks it is forever. I was (and still plan on it because it is pretty funny) going to camcorder Josh in his 'dramatic' state, but I couldn't find the camcorder in time. Josh was helping me look for it and that kind of calmed him down. I did record Josh eating spaghetti though and that was pretty funny. During the recording, I got Josh to do all his animal sounds (bear, cat, dog, sheep, and cow) and also he let a bomb fly and of course being the usual ham he is, Josh was dying laughing. Josh is always making Mom and me laugh.

Last night we went to Jess and Katie's first hockey game. I was pretty impressed (don't know about Josh though). Josh basically was entertaining everyone in the booth, making them laugh. Sissy and Carl, Karen and Nick, and Al (Newcomer) were all there and Josh made sure that he was the star of the show! One funny thing he did (only I saw it) was there was this girl (12-13 yr old) lying on a blanket doing her homework - not really watching the game. Josh would walk up to her - she hadn't seen him yet - and squatted down. The kind of squatting that only a kid can do where your butt hovers about ½ inch above the ground and you have your knees to your chest. I don't know how kids can do that so comfortably but they do. Josh was about 10 inches from her face but she still hadn't seen him and Josh sat there and stared at her for a second then she finally looked...Josh gave her one of his big smiles and laughs and of course he had her hooked then. Every time Josh walked by, they would exchange smiles, waves and giggles.
